HiQ Cornwall winning in customer service

The owner of four fast fit centres in Cornwall has earned the ultimate seal of approval for their ongoing excellence in customer service, after beating hundreds of garages to a prestigious award.
Justin Roberton Ltd, owner of HiQ centres in Helston, Truro, Bodmin and St Austell, was the inaugural recipient of the 'HiQ excellence in customer service' accolade, presented at the brand's annual franchise conference.
Justin Roberton with wife and business partner Kim attended the conference at Mercedes Benz World, where they were congratulated by HiQ for delivering the highest levels in customer satisfaction, beating the network's 150 centres in the process.
The award comes after HiQ pledged to alter motorists' perceptions of the fast fit industry through a series of customer-led feedback initiatives and mystery shopping exercises.
Speaking of the award Justin Roberton explains how it tops off a fantastic year for the business, following similar recognition at the National Tyre Distribution Association's Tyre and Fast Fit (TAFF) awards last month.
He said: "Winning this award and being recognised for our efforts in customer care is fantastic.
"We are so proud to be praised in this way, especially after being shortlisted for the TAFF 'Tyre Retailer of the Year' award just a few weeks ago.
"Driving standards is a key focus for us and we are continually investing in our centres to ensure our customers have the best service in the best possible environment.
"I must thank everyone who is involved in our business for continuing to deliver high standards in customer care, every day."
