HiQ Cornwall celebrating series of success stories

16th September 2011

One of HiQ's longest serving franchisees is already toasting 2011 as one of his most successful years on record, after reflecting on a variety of impressive success stories.

HiQ Cornwall owner Justin Roberton is defying challenging trading conditions to boast a range of achievements across his four fast fit centres in the county.

Justin can already boast seven technicians in his ranks to gain prestigious Automotive Technician Accreditations (ATA), becoming some of the first in the area to achieve the feat.

Justin has also converted an open storage area above his HiQ Truro centre to create a training suite, which will be used to develop technicians' skills in technical competencies and customer facing skills.

The new £10,000 suite offers technicians over 40 bespoke training courses from business and personal development to NVQ qualifications.

The facility will operate under the HiQ fast fit network's training programme called the HiQ Academy.

And if all that wasn't enough, his Helston and Bodmin centres excelled in a recent mystery shopper campaign, finishing in the top five from 150 centres nationwide.

Justin said: "There are a lot of reasons to be cheerful right now, with a number of achievements to be really pleased about."All of these achievements play their part in creating a fast fit service that every motorist can be sure of.

"We are aiming to do what none of our competitors are doing - offering a unique combination of retail and technical skills to provide motorists with a genuinely memorable retail experience."
